the dreamies did drop out of school, but it wasn’t because they wanted to focus on nct but because of the law ;; a law was enacted saying that if students couldn’t meet a minimum attendance record/attend school regularly then they won’t be able to graduate? and it’s hard for idols to go to school consistently so we hear that they just dropped out…
edit: during the 180322 fansign, jeno jaemin and donghyuck said that they’re planning to take a high school qualification exam in august! so basically if they pass this test, they’ll be considered high school graduates and can apply for university even if they aren’t enrolled at school atm (source)
